What We Need:
- Dispatch center utilizes Symposium Technologies
- Simply let your account manager at First Arriving or our support staff know that you are using Symposium Technologies, and we will provide them an API key to starting sending dispatch data to us.
As a reminder, our platform is developed for secondary notification of alarms and situational awareness. You should always rely on your CAD/Dispatch Center for primary dispatch information.
