Active 911 Alarms/Alerts

The Active911 Alarms integration displays calls and other alerts that are pushed through Active911. 

This integration is enabled via providing First Arriving with an Active911 account Agency ID. Additional features such as display of hydrant data and responding personnel requires the submission of an Active911 Refresh Token.

What We'll Need

  • You’ll need an Active911 account
  • Request an API Key from Active911 (we’ll provide instructions specific to First Arriving once you sign up for service)
  • Page Groups desired

Compatible Views

Four-Panel View: Call Information, Directions, Hydrant, Street View

Street view is provided by Google Maps and requires a separate Google Maps API key.


Three-Panel View: Call Information and two (2) additional Half Height Views

Two Panel View: Call Information and one (1) additional Full Height View

Call information is set to the left half of the alerting page. The right side can contain a full height view of either the directions, street view, or hydrant map.


Single Panel View: Call Information Only


Active911 Recent Alarms

The Active911 Recent Alarms integration displays recent call information in an easy to read feed with a correlating map for location context.

This integration is enabled via an API connection with Active911 where we pull data from their API after the submission of an Active911 Refresh Token.
