Active 911 Alarms/Alerts

The Active911 Alarms integration displays calls and other alerts that are pushed through Active911. 

This integration is enabled via providing First Arriving with an Active911 account Agency ID. Additional features such as display of hydrant data and responding personnel requires the submission of an Active911 Refresh Token.

What We'll Need

  • You’ll need an Active911 account
  • Request an API Key from Active911 (we’ll provide instructions specific to First Arriving once you sign up for service)
  • Page Groups desired
  • Agency ID

Compatible Views

Here's a rundown of the latest alerting screen options available on your First Arriving Dashboards, regardless of the source of the dispatch information for primary call information. Some features, like personnel responding, are specific to certain integrations that you can review with our implementation/support team. You can select from any of the following alarm screens if you are on a 3.0 Dashboards (all new customers, customers who have converted from 2.0)


Option 1: Four Corners - Incident Details, Hydrants (if you use a service like Active911 or others that can provide hydrant data), routing and Google Street View/360, turnout clock, units dispatched. Optional who is responding if your integration supports that. 



Option 2: The Basics - Incident Details, units dispatched, turnout clock, time and distance. Optional who is responding if your integration supports that. 



Option 3: Two Sides: Dispatch information including units responding, call details, turnout time, distance, and larger routing map. Optional who is responding if your integration supports that. 



Option 4: Dispatch information including units responding, call details, turnout time, distance, hydrant layers, streeet view and routing map. Optional who is responding if your integration supports that. 



Option 4: Dispatch information including units responding, call details, turnout time, distance, hydrant layers, streeet view and routing map. Optional who is responding if your integration supports that. Available with red or black background.



Option 5: Dispatch information up top including units responding, call details, turnout time, distance, hydrant layers, streeet view, no routing map. Optional who is responding if your integration supports that. Available with red or black background.

Active911 Recent Alarms

The Active911 Recent Alarms integration displays recent call information in an easy to read feed with a correlating map for location context.

This integration is enabled via an API connection with Active911 where we pull data from their API after the submission of an Active911 Refresh Token.
