Active Network facilities management

Show facility rentals and openings on the screens in your stations, from Active Network — so crews and front-desk staff can see what is booked without opening the system.

About MaxGalaxy. MaxGalaxy is Active Network’s recreation management package, a cloud-based set of modules aimed at smaller communities for managing leagues, events, rentals and billing.

What we can put on your dashboard

Facility reservations

  • Event
  • Start time
  • End time
  • Who is renting or holding the reservation
  • Notes

Broken out by facility

Reservations can be filtered and color coded per facility, so one screen can show just the rooms that matter to it.

What we need from you

An HTML file of a formatted table, sent to Files.com. Open a ticket at our support center and we will give you the destination details. Our SFTP your data article covers how we handle a file drop like this.

About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by Active Network and not by First Arriving.
