Integration Guide
US Digital Designs by Honeywell
Your USDD station alerting pushes active dispatch details to your First Arriving dashboards in real time, so the screens in your stations stay in step with the station alerting you already have in place.
What we can put on your dashboard
Every First Arriving alarm screen is available with this integration — you are not limited to a subset.
Key features
What appears on screen when a run comes in.
- Real-time call dispatch
- Call details: nature of call, address, units dispatched, and call notes
- Personnel responding
- Mapping and directions, with hydrants and other data
- Turnout timer
- ETA and distance to the scene
- Google Street View and other mapping features
- ESRI layers from your GIS department
- Custom alert sounds
About Google Street View charges: Google bills separately for Street View depending on your call volume. That charge is set by Google and is not included with your First Arriving subscription.
What we need from you
For this integration we issue the API key and you pass it to USDD — you never send us credentials of your own.
Example screens
The screens below are a sample, not the full set. For the current, complete list of alerting screen styles, see Response & Call Alerting Screen Options.
Secondary notification only: our platform is built for secondary notification of alarms and situational awareness. Always rely on your CAD or dispatch center for primary dispatch information.
