Calendars via ICS

Whatever your agency uses to organise its calendars, if it can publish an ICS link we can put that calendar on the screens in your stations. No specific scheduling product required.

The ICS URL has to be publicly reachable. A calendar link that requires a login won’t work — we need a URL ending in .ICS that can be read without credentials.

What we can put on your dashboard

The calendars themselves

Any of these, each as its own widget:

  • Staffing
  • Upcoming training
  • Upcoming events
  • Upcoming public education events

How it displays

Pick the format and the window of time each widget covers.

  • Format: list view or calendar view
  • Date range: current day, one week, two weeks, three weeks, or month view

What we need from you

Two things, and no credentials.

1

The ICS URL

A publicly reachable link ending in .ICS. Most scheduling and calendar tools can generate one from their sharing or publishing settings.

2

The format and date range you want

Tell us which of the views above suits the screen. Open a ticket at our support center with both items and we’ll set it up.
