What we can put on your dashboard
The calendars
Any of these, each configured separately:
- Staffing
- Upcoming training
- Upcoming events
- Upcoming public education events
Time range per widget
Choose current day, one week, two weeks, three weeks, or month view.
What we need from you
Two things: an API token from MHSoftware, and the user ID that points at the right data.
Open a ticket at our support center saying which calendars and time ranges you want, then submit the token and user ID through the First Arriving Secrets Tool and paste the link it generates into your ticket. Please don’t send them by email. Full instructions: Sending First Arriving sensitive information.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by MHSoftware and not by First Arriving.
