Fire Programs Scheduling

Put your Fire Programs schedule on the screens in your stations, so the day’s assignments are visible without anyone opening the portal.

About Fire Programs. Their scheduling module is used by career, combination, and volunteer agencies across the country. Staff can view work schedules, see who is on duty, request time off, trade shifts, and set overtime availability from any device through the SceneConnect™ web portal.

How the data reaches us

This one works by scheduled CSV export rather than a live connection, so you never send us credentials. Three steps.

We give you a dedicated email address

We create a unique address for your agency — and a separate one for each CSV report you want to send. Open a ticket at our support center telling us which reports you plan to use.

Schedule the report in Fire Programs

Enter the address we provided and set how often the CSV should be emailed to it as an attachment. How current the dashboard stays depends on how frequently you schedule it.

We parse it and update your screens

Each time a CSV arrives we read it and update the schedule on your dashboards. Nothing further needed from you.

About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by Fire Programs and not by First Arriving.
