Integration Guide

iSpyFire

First Arriving’s integration with iSpyFire brings their alerting onto the screens in your stations — including a pre-alert that warns crews they may be dispatched, before the call is assigned.

What we can put on your dashboard

The screen changes in two stages — first the pre-alert, then the full dispatch.

Stage 1 — pre-alert

Displayed as soon as the call comes in, to give crews a head start.

  • Nature of call
  • Address

Stage 2 — units assigned

Once units are assigned, the screen updates to the full picture.

  • Nature of call
  • Address
  • Units dispatched
  • Details

Map options

Pick whichever suits the screen and the station.

  • Map with path to the scene
  • Static or 360° Google Street View
  • Overhead map with hydrant locations

What we need from you
