What we need from you

Two prerequisites on the Bryx side, then two details for us.

Before you start: you need to be a current or in-process Bryx customer, and the Bryx Station Board feature has to be enabled on your account.

Send us your Bryx Station Board URL

Open a ticket at our support center and include the URL. If your Station Board URL grants access on its own, send it through the First Arriving Secrets Tool instead and paste the generated link into your ticket — see Sending First Arriving sensitive information.

Tell us your Bryx “Active Time”

The Active Time value configured in Bryx, so our display matches how long your alerts stay active.
