Are your Active911 alarms not showing or is your recent alarm section showing a loading animation? Make sure you have two API tokens. You can view this by logging into your Active911 account and looking at the agency tab.
If you see API token details, please take a screenshot and send to email@example.com.
If you do not see any API tokens and there is no API access, please follow the steps on the Active911 API token we sent you during your implementation process. Send the token, along with your department name, to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get the new one entered for you.
