Alpine RedNMX service award tracking
Put current service award levels from Alpine RedNMX on the screens in your stations — so volunteers can see where they stand on their own points without asking anyone.
About service award programs. Several state legislatures have established service award programs to benefit volunteer firefighters and help retain membership. Qualifying means tracking a member’s yearly activity — incident and non-incident attendance, offices held, committees and more — and producing the reports each program mandates. RedNMX’s module handles that tracking and reporting.

What we need from you
A CSV file sent to an SFTP location we designate. Open a ticket at our support center for the details. Our SFTP your data article covers what we do with the export once it lands.
