Traccar
Put the whole fleet on a map on the screens in your stations, from Traccar — so every crew can see where everything is, not just dispatch.

- Name of the unit
- Last known location of the vehicle
What we need from you
Two things: the base URL for your Traccar account, and an API key to reach the API. Traccar is commonly self-hosted, so the base URL is whatever address your own server answers on — it will not be the same as anyone else’s.
Open a ticket at our support center first, then submit the credentials through the First Arriving Secrets Tool and paste the link it generates into your ticket. Please don’t send them by email or chat. Full instructions: Sending First Arriving sensitive information.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by Traccar and not by First Arriving.
