SignUpGenius
Put your SignUpGenius sign-up sheets on the screens in your stations, so the open slots are visible to everyone walking past instead of only to whoever checks their email.
What we can put on your dashboard
One sign-up sheet or several
Whatever you already run sign-ups for — riding assignments, off-duty detail, overtime, dinner duty, and so on.
- Date and time of the event
- Personnel who have signed up
- Empty slots show as empty — no name next to them, so the gaps are obvious
What we need from you
An API key from your SignUpGenius account.
Open a ticket at our support center first, then submit the credentials through the First Arriving Secrets Tool and paste the link it generates into your ticket. Please don’t send them by email or chat. Full instructions: Sending First Arriving sensitive information.
Tell us in the same ticket which sign-ups you want shown and on which screens.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by SignUpGenius and not by First Arriving.
