What we can put on your dashboard
Certifications
Both expired and upcoming, so nothing lapses quietly.
- Certification name
- Personnel assigned
- Expiration date
- Days overdue — or, if it has not lapsed yet, the number of days until it does
What we need from you
You need an account with Ninth Brain, and you request an API key for it from them.
Once you have the key:
Open a ticket at our support center first, then submit the credentials through the First Arriving Secrets Tool and paste the link it generates into your ticket. Please don’t send them by email or chat. Full instructions: Sending First Arriving sensitive information.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by Ninth Brain and not by First Arriving.
