Protean Hub Scheduling
Put your Protean Hub roster on the screens in your stations — and not just the local crew. Show the daily roster department-wide, with riding assignments, so crews can see who is on at any station.
What we can put on your dashboard
Current crew schedule
- First and last name
- Riding assignment for each person
- Start and end time
- Sort the roster by station, unit, or both
What we need from you
Two things, both from Protean: an API key, and the URL endpoint for your agency.
Open a ticket at our support center, then submit both through the First Arriving Secrets Tool and paste the link it generates into your ticket. Please don’t send them by email. Full instructions: Sending First Arriving sensitive information.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by Protean and not by First Arriving.
