What we can put on your dashboard
Turnout times
- Shown as a dial and a percentage, per station or unit
- Organize by unit, station, battalion or department
- Covers the previous shift, and up to the last 7 days
What we need from you
Two things
- The ability to export run information as CSV from the Intterra console
- Somewhere to put it — we provide an SFTP location and credentials for the file
Open a ticket at our support center and we will send the SFTP details. Our SFTP your data article covers what happens to the export once it lands.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by Intterra and not by First Arriving.
