First Arriving's integration with Intterra brings turnout reporting to all shifts and crews, in a way that's both visually appealing and efficient. Leadership can know at a glance how stations and units are doing at any given time without having to log into the portal.

Features Include:

  •  Turnout Times
    • Dial form and percentage to show how each station or unit is performing
    • Organize by Unit, Station, Battalion or Department
    • Can Display previous shift and up to the last 7 days

What We Need:

  • Ability to export run information in CSV from Intterra console
  • We will provide a SFTP location and credentials so that you can store the file with the data
  • Please note that Data / API access could be an additional charge by the vendor.  This is determined by the vendor and not by First Arriving.
