The Google Calendar Integration connects Google calendars with First Arriving Dashboards. It displays event data in an easy-to-read calendar or feed format. It’s great for sharing shift schedules, meetings, public events, or leadership availability.

What We Need:
- The calendar needs to be set to Public
- The events on the calendar need to be set Public
- Go to the Settings and Sharing section of the calendar you wish to use and look under "Integrate Calendar" to find a Calendar ID (looks like an email address). Send the Calendar ID to dashboards@firstarriving.com

Month View
The calendar view displays a monthly layout with days organized from Sunday to Saturday. Events are shown as blue blocks within their respective dates, including time and titles
Multiple Feed View (Schedule)
This calendar view presents a 4-day vertical column layout labeled "Today", "Tomorrow", "Friday", and "Saturday." Each column lists scheduled events as blue cards, showing the event title along with start and end timestamps.
Multiple Group Table with Titles
This view displays a daily personnel schedule for multiple days — side by side. It is organized into two vertical columns, each listing the scheduled individuals and their assigned roles for the day.
Table View (eg. Two different tables one for Today and one for Tomorrow)
This view represents a table-style display of data sourced from a Google Calendar, organized into clearly labeled columns.This table provides a quick operational snapshot of unit availability and maintenance concerns, useful for shift briefings or command staff.
Event Feed View / Agenda
This calendar view presents column lists of scheduled events represented by white cards containing the event descriptions.
