What we need from you
Two steps, both with Echo
- Work with Echo to design the display so it fits a dashboard — a report built for a desk monitor rarely reads well at station distance
- Request the dashboard public URL from Echo and send it to us
Open a ticket at our support center with the URL. No credentials needed — the public URL is all we use.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by Echo and not by First Arriving.
