The integration with First Arriving and FirePrograms allows you to show your FirePrograms schedule onto your dashboard. Let the experience of FirePrograms help Shift Commanders save time with staffing and scheduling functions.  Their scheduling module is used by career, combination, and volunteer agencies across the country. Staff can easily view their work schedules, view who is on duty, request time off, trade shifts, set availability for Overtime, and much more on any device through the SceneConnectweb portal on their mobile device.

What We Need:

  • Please note that Data / API access could be an additional charge by the vendor.  This is determined by the vendor and not by First Arriving.
  • We have to create a unique email address for each customer AND each CSV file that they provide from Fire Programs.
  • The customer can then enter the provided email and schedule the frequency of how often the report (CSV) gets emailed as an attachment.
  • We then parse the CSV and update the data on the dashboard.
