First Arriving's integration with eSchedule is an increasingly popular scheduling software for public safety. Users have the ability to schedule members and see their roster displayed on the First Arriving Dashboards.

Features Include:

  • Show current day roster and/or up to the next 3 days
  • Name of member
  • Time start and end of shift

What We Need:

  • An account with eSchedule
  • Account specific API Token provided by eSchedule
  • Department base URL in the format https://[department]
  • Please note that Data / API access could be an additional charge by the vendor.  This is determined by the vendor and not by First Arriving.
