Dashboard menu options

Let crews jump straight to what they need instead of waiting for the rotation. Weather approaching? Click through to radar. Want today’s schedule or events? One touch away.

How the menus behave

Pause and auto-return

Menus include a pause button that holds the content you selected until you press play again. They also reset automatically after a set time, so the boards return to their normal rotation on their own if nobody presses play.

Ways to interact with the menu

Depends on how the screen is deployed.

Large TVs

On our standard deployments, a wired or Bluetooth mouse connected to your Chromebox or other hardware works just as it would on a computer.

Desktop & tablet

Use the mouse or touchscreen you already use on that device.

Large touchscreens

These work, but they are expensive — worth weighing against simply connecting a mouse.

Pointers and remotes

Case-by-case depending on your device. Test once your menu is added, but plan on a mouse — it does not need to be a high-end one.

No additional fee. Menus are available to all customers at no extra cost.

What we need from you

1

Request it

Existing customers complete our feature request form. Requests are handled as they arrive and we will be in touch to schedule it. New customers can set menus up during implementation, or add them any time afterwards.

2

Tell us your menu structure

We need what you want each menu item called, and which page or section of your dashboard it should open.
