Police Detail Tracking System
Show today’s roster from Police Detail Tracking System (Police DTS) on the screens in your stations. Change something in Police DTS and the dashboard follows automatically — no second place to keep updated.
What we can put on your dashboard
Current day’s roster
- Name
- Shift or type of work — a detail, for instance
- Time of day scheduled
What we need from you
Two things
- An active account with Police DTS
- Contact your Police DTS account manager and ask about integrating with First Arriving — their team knows what we need and will provide it to you
Once they have given you what we need:
Open a ticket at our support center first, then submit the credentials through the First Arriving Secrets Tool and paste the link it generates into your ticket. Please don’t send them by email or chat. Full instructions: Sending First Arriving sensitive information.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by Police DTS and not by First Arriving.
