What we need from you
Two things
- You need to be using emsCharts for your ePCRs
- Configure emsCharts’ automatic export tool to send the data to an SFTP location we provide
Open a ticket at our support center for the SFTP details. Our SFTP your data article covers what happens to the export once it lands. No credentials needed from you — emsCharts pushes to us rather than us pulling from it.
About vendor charges: data or API access could carry an additional charge, determined by ZOLL and not by First Arriving.
